How can I get to and from the venue by public transport?

The underground- and bus-station “Messestadt Ost” is nearby. You can reach the station via underground lines U2 and U8 or via the bus lines 186, 190, 234, 262 and N74 (Nightliner).

Who can attend the event?

Everyone is welcome at our Festival. Whether you are a Corporate, Government representative, member of an NGO or Microfinance Institute, Social Entrepreneur, Social Innovator, Local Community Leader, Teacher, Professor or Student. If you feel that there is more that can be done to change the course of civilization – the Super HappYYness Festival is for you.

The 10th Social Business Day is part of the Super HappYYness Festival. It will be happening as a combined event under the banner of the Super HappYYness Festival, the planetary conference to unleash social consciousness.

I want to attend the Global Social Business Summit. Where and when does this event take place?

Like the Social Business Day, the 10th Global Social Business Summit will be happening as part of the Festival. Both events join forces under the banner of the Super HappYYness Festival.

What is included in the Super Festival Ticket?

The Super Festival Ticket includes the entrance to the Festival on various days, access to the Festival Matching-App and a Give-Away-Surprise. You will have access to panels, discussions, keynotes, workshops, exhibitions and more. On Sunday all attendees will be invited to have lunch together.

How can I pay for my ticket?

You can pay for your ticket per credit card. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro or Bancontact Mister Cash.

I experienced difficulties with my payment. Can you help?

Are there group discounts for me, my colleagues and friends?

Yes, we offer discounts for groups. Please get in contact with us via info@superhappyyness.com.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

We do not offer the possibility to transfer tickets from one person to another person.

Can I share my ticket with someone else in between days?

The tickets for the Super HappYYness Festival are personalized. This is why every person attending the Festival needs an individual ticket.

Can I buy a ticket now and choose the name of the person later?

When buying a ticket for you or another person, registering the full name of the person attending is required.

Could I get a refund if I am not able to attend?

In general, tickets to the Super HappYYness Festival are not refundable. Your registration fee will be refunded however, if you cannot attend due to issues related to your visa.

How can I get a letter of invitation for my visa?

Please contact us at info@superhappyyness.com and we will send a letter of invitation to you. Please include the following information: Full Name, date of birth, Passport Number, Passport Issue and Expiry Date. The visa letter will be provided after you completed the registration.

Until when can I purchase tickets online?

You can purchase tickets until the 25th of June, 2020.

Do I have to bring my Photo ID if I buy a Yunus & Youth Ticket?

Since this ticket is only valid for people under the age of 28 and students, photo-ID is obligatory. Student IDs are also accepted.

What about lost & found?

The lost & found office is located at the registration areas.

Will there be a medical facilities on the Festival ground?

Yes. The exact location will be published here and announced through the Festival-app.

There is also a camping site close to the Messe München. Here, you can rent a place for your own tent or camping bus or even rent a tent that is already build up for you.

The Social Business Academia Conference will be held during the Super Happyness Festival on Saturday, 27th June. The location will be announced soon.

What are the Super HappYYness Festival Satellite Events?

During these four days, Munich will be the representative city, the center of all the action and celebration. However, thanks to global communications and technology, we can all celebrate together! If you are not able to join the Super HappYYness Festival in Munich, you can join the central celebration on Sunday, 28th June through a live-stream and celebrate with the whole world. Are there any travel restrictions to Germany due to Corona Virus Outbreak?

Currently, there are no travel restrictions. We will keep you updated about the global developments and let you know if there are any updates.

Will there be a mobile app for the attendees during the Festival?

There is a super-matching app for the attendees to participate and network together. After creating a profile, this will bring you together with exactly the right people.

What highlights can I experience during the Super HappYYness Festival?

The Festival will be four days filled with inspiration, commitment, creativity and solutions. There are 1001+ of global contributors, who you can interact with, listen to and personally meet. Amongst others, this includes The Grand Duchess of Luxembourg Maria Teresa, Queen Sofia of Spain, former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Leymah Gbowee and President of the International Olympic Committee Thomas Bach.

On Friday, 26th June, we will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the United Nations in a grand opening. Experience an unforgettable musical production by the World Orchestra and BTHVN.

On Sunday, 28th June, the Planetary Golden Hour we will take place around the globe to celebrate Professor Yunus 80th birthday and commit to creating a new civilization based on social consciousness. Be curious and make sure you are a part of this – no matter where you are!

Can I attend just one day of the Festival? And is it possible to register only for specific sessions or sub-events?

We offer single day-tickets. You can attend all sessions and events taking place on this day. Find more details about day-tickets here.

How is my registration fee being used?

Your registration fee is used to finance the Super HappYYness Festival. The Festival is established as a social business itself. If there will be any surplus, it will be directed at strengthening the Social Business Movement. There will be no personal gain out of the registration fees.
